Specialized Services

 

Commissions:

Prices for fine art commissions will be based on the materials (i.e. volume price-points), labor intensity, and the techniques and processes required to create the work. Each commission inquiry starts the collaboration with the client to generate a work order accounting for the design, labor and equipment costs.  A design and materials fee (up-front fee) is required prior to beginning project production.  The full amount of this up-front fee will be applied toward the final price of the project, however, should the client choose not to move forward beyond the design stage, all up-front fees will be retained as compensation for time spent developing the work.

 

Sculpture and installations:

Working from a foundation built on proven skill, exceptional works of art are created around unique architectural spaces and inspired concepts. Using a clear professional process, ensuring quality experiences and world-class art for discerning collectors.

 

Installation rentals:

Make your event space, office, or home environment a showplace by adding site-specific installation rentals to your operating expense. Whether the space is big or small, adding and rotating artwork is an easy way to stimulate the interest of clients, guests and employees. 

 

Workshops:

Create your own inspired artwork, learn new art making methods and creative problem solving with expert guidance. Studio workshops are open to adults and youth groups of all levels of experience. Workshops are customized to address specific needs and are available for a wide range of groups. Workshops can also be customized for BYO (bring your own food and drink) Art Night events, and held at client site locations such as community centers, in long-term care facilities, at work with your coworkers or at home with family and friends.

  

BYO Art Night Event Fees: Individuals $50, groups of 9 to 12 people $450 

Location Workshop Fees: $340 2hrs, $480 4hrs

Studio Workshop Fees: $240 2hrs, $380 4hrs

Space Rentals:

Studio 302 is an alternative event-space and cooperative workspace, perfect for workshops, craft shows or event hosting. So if your looking for a space to host a meeting, networking event, product launch, class or other gathering, Studio 302 is a creative place to be. 

  

Room Size: 1200 Sq Ft

Standing Capacity: 80

Accommodates: 24 Peoplek 4 conference tables and 24 chairs

Availability: 8am-9pm Mon thru Sun, except on the third Friday of every month

Rental Rates: $120/hour, $450/day, 8hrs

Policies and Procedures

 

Payments:

All Payments can be made to Charmaine Spencer or Stillpoint Gallery by check drawn on most US banks, or with a credit card.

 

Shipping:

Prior to shipping, payment will be processed for the amount of the purchase, including all shipping related expenses, unless other arrangements have been established and agreed upon.  

 

Standard sized purchases will be shipped within 5  Business days from receipt of funds. Items are shipped insured USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx or through a contracted shipping service. 

 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and international locations will add additional shipping fees, as well as additional shipping time.

 

Express delivery is not offered at this time.

 

Oversized Shipping: 

Fine art works will be shipped from the studio or from Still Point Gallery in a custom sized container and require a contracted shipping service. Any items requireing special handling, due to the nature of the materials, size, weight, value or any other factor outside current shipping capabilities, are subject to independent service, handling, and delivery charges, as well as additional shipping time.

 

Returns and Insurance Claims: will be consider on a case-by-case basis.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your art arrive damaged, please take photos of damaged package and art, clearly indicating areas of damage. Contact me immediately after receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

 

Returns and exchanges are consider first through request, then there is an inguiry and finally the request is agreed upon or denied. The item exchange or returned must be in salable condition and shipped insured in an appropriate sized shipping container.

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

 

Cancellations, exchanges and\or returns are subject to additional fees.
